Embarking on a new subdivision and development project in Alitown to create two modern townhouses that optimise the site's potential and great location. With a site of only 469m2 we managed to design two generous architecturally designed townhouses, each with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and drive on garage.
The design prioritises sustainability and cost-effectiveness, fully complying with the latest medium-density regulations.
Maximizing views of the Hutt river, while ensuring optimal sun orientation and privacy, were central considerations in the development.
