Kelburn New Home & Subdivision

Embarking on a new subdivision and development project in Kelburn, I’m collaborating with Nspire Architecture to create a contemporary home that makes the most of an exceptional site with sweeping views across the city.

The design places a strong emphasis on sustainability and connection to place, while also meeting the client’s high aspirations for refined architecture and high-end finishes. The home is carefully oriented to capture sun, optimise outlooks toward Wellington Harbour and the CBD, and ensure a sense of privacy and comfort for its occupants.

This home was developed as a feasibility study in 2024, exploring the full potential of the site and setting the foundation for an exciting project ahead.
